Installation ceremony for CREDAI newly-elected team on Aug 8

The installation ceremony of the newly-elected team for the year 2015-2017 of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India's (CREDAI), Aurangabad branch will be held here on August 8 at hotel Rama International and will be presided by State Assembly Speaker Haribhau Bagade. Environment Minister Ramdas Kadam, Labour and Mines Minister Prakash Mehta, Aurangabad MP Chandrakant Khaire, State BJP president Raosaheb Danve, will be the guest-of-honour for the function. City Mayor Trambak Tupe and all the city MLAs and MLCs will also be present on this occasion. Addressing a press conference here today, Sunil Patil, newly elected president of CREDAI, Aurangabad said "the real estate organisation CREDAI is presently working in 22 states in the country with more than 20,000 members. In Maharashtra, CREDAI has branches in 39 cities with 2,300 members, including 175 members from Aurangabad."

CREDAI Aurangabad offers several services to its members, including special lectures on the topic of Service Tax, Value Added Tax (VAT) and Customs duty. "We have established a Consumer Forum Bench in the city to settle the real estate related issues between real estate firms and consumers," Mr Patil said. Mr Patil added, "their organisation is involved in developmental activities of the city, hand-in-hand with the local bodies." "Our newly elected body will focus on development issues faced by the city for the welfare of residents and customers, and our main concern is to play a positive role among the customers' fraternity which will also boost the confidence of the people," he added. Newly-elected Secretary Vikas Chaudhari, Treasurer Anil Munot, former president Papalal Goyal, Rajendra Jabinda, Ravi Wattamwar, Rameshwar Bharuka and other body members were present during the press briefing.
