All political parties should come forward to develop Aurangabad: Thackeray

Yuva Sena chief Adittya Thackeray today said all political parties should come forward for the development of Aurangabad city, keeping their differences aside.The junior Thackeray, along with state PWD Minister Eknath Shinde, was is city to inaugurate two flyover bridges, located near Cidco bus stand on Jalna road and Mahavir chowk, situated near Baba petrol pumps.
The total length of Cidco bridge is 1054 meter and its width is 17.20 meter, which was completed within two yearers for the total cost of Rs 56.25 crore.Another bridge of Mahavir chowk, which cost Rs 31.32 crore, is 655 meter long and 16 meter wide. It was completed within one-and-a-half months, which was approved by the state government under the Integrated Road Development Programme for Aurangabad city in 2001 and handed over this work to MSRDC for execution on Build - Operate and Transfer (BOT).On this occasion, State Assembly Speaker Haribhau Bagade, Gurdian Minister Ramdas Kadam, state Minister Vijay Deshmukh, Aurangabad MP Chandrakant Khaire, MLA Imtiaz Jalil, Atul Save and Sanjay Shirsat and all elected representatives of the parties and party workers were present.Speaking on the occasion after inaugurating the Cidco bridge, Mr Thackeray said, with this inauguration of two bridges, a total five bridges were completed in the city, which will solve the problem of traffic.After the installation of new BJP-SS government in the state in 2014, the work of constructing bridges have beencompleted within the stipulated period, he added.
