Mah govt working for development of all sectors: BJP

Maharahstra state president of Bhartiya Jantha Party (BJP) Raosaheb Danve today said that The BJP-SS led state government has done overall developmental works in all the sectors in the state during the past two years. Addressing a press conference here today at BJP office Mr Danve said that, after the independence first BJP chief minister Mr Devedndra Fadanvis was installed in 2014 when the party won 121 seats in state assembly election who was sworn on October 31,2014 while Shiv Sena joined the state cabinet in the first week of December in 2014. On the completion two years tenure Mr Danve said that, our government has fulfilled near about 60 percent promises which are given during the election campaigning period and done overall developmental works in all the sectors including agriculture and industries all the sections of society including farmers, tribals, dalits, downtrodden and malnutrition. Hence, the public of state are feeling that the state government is ours, he said.

Mr Danve further said that, severe drought situation was experienced during the past two years was biggest challenge before the government and his government has successfully combated it by providing drinking water, fodder for cattle, employment to affected peoples, providing grains to affected peoples and financial assistance to the affected farmers and kin of suicide farmers in the state. To overcome the drought situation in the state the state government has launched the ambitious 'Jalyukta Shivar' project scheme (providing villages with permanent source of water) help to permanent measures to tackle drought like situation in future in the state later become people movement with their active participation resulting due to the heavy rainfall in the state this year water storage capacity has been increased in the state and ground level of water has been significantly rise which is helpful to rabbi crop, he said. Talking about crop insurance he said that, new Prime minister crop insurance scheme has been launched with deleting numbers of conditions in existing scheme in the country benefitted to several farmers in the country and so far disbursed Rs 4,200-crore towards crop insurance for farmers in the last one year in the state.
Apart from that, the central government has launched several schemes for farmers including soil testing, providing sufficient urea to farmers on fixed rate. He also praised that state chief minister Mr Fadanvis and Prime minister Narendra Modi who are visited to foreign countries and brought foreign investment and state and country to procure more employment, Mr Danve added. On this occasion District chief Eknath Jadhav, City chief Kisanchand Tanvani, senior leader Bhagvat Karad and Kachru Ghodke were present.
