City students shine in CBSE class XII exam

Aurangabad: The young prodigies who have come out with flying colours in CBSE Class XII examination are clear about their future course of education.With results finally out after brief a uncertainty over the day of its actual announcements on Sunday, celebrations kicked off among family and friends of the students.Vaishnavi Sikchi, a student from Stepping Stones High School, who has scored 97.6% in Commerce stream, said, "I want to become a Chartered Accountant (CA). Even though both my parents are doctors, I have always aspired to be a CA . I like numbers and the chosen profession is apt for my growth." She further said that Shri Ram College of Commerce, New Delhi is her preferred place for future studies.Nath Valley School students Kanhaiya Agrawal from Science stream, Rajlakshmi Adwant and Jasveen Bindra, who have secured 96.2% each, are among those who have excelled in CBSE Class XII examination.Kanhaiya wants to become an IAS officer, but aims to complete his Civil Engineering before pursuing civil services examination. 

"I am passionate about structures, but what drives me is a sense of serving others. I will leave no stone unturned to turn my dreams into reality," he said.While Jasveen wants to become a Company Secretary, Rajlakshmi says she would settle for nothing less than IIM-Ahmedabad."My elder sister who is studying to become a CA is my guide and mentor. I will fulfil my dreams under her able guidance," said Jasveen.
