Chhagan Bhujbal to return to Nashik after over 2 yrs

Senior Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leaderand former deputy chief minister Chhagan Bhujbal, who was arrestedin a money laundering case and released on bail, will return toNashik after a gap of two and half years on Thursday. Mr Bhujbal was granted bail after being in jail for 24 months inconnection of the money laundering case. After his release on bail, Mr Bhijbal was in hospital in Mumbai.

He made a comeback in politics by making a speech on the anniversaryof the NCP on June 10 at Pune.

Mr Bhujbal will arrive in Nashik on Thursday at 1200 hours. AtPathardi Phata, he will offer his prayers to the statue ofChhatrapati Shivaji and then to Mahatma Phule at Ganeshwadi. He willthen take a meeting with the party workers at the NCP Bhavan. Next day, he will travel to his constituency in Yeola, where he willmeet his supporters. After that, he will go to Shirdi and seekblessings of Saibaba. After returning to Nashik, he will visitKalvan on Saturday.
