Pune witnesses Lokmat Puneri Patya Exhibition to celebrate creative minds in Puneri style

Pune- June 28, 2018: Lokmat, Pune’s No.1 newspaper successfully completed its 6 month long campaign on Puneri Patya called the Puneri Patya Varvanta Campaign followed by an exhibition. ‘Puneri Patya’ is referred to an old Puneri style of depicting ‘Do’s and Don’ts’ added with sarcasm which is humorously meaningful and draw laughs and smirks in the process. Prithvi Edifice presented the Lokmat Puneri Patya Exhibition in association with Rudra Lazer Hemotherapy Clinic and Khatri Bandhu Pot Icecream and Mastani on 23rd & 24th June 2018 (Saturday & Sunday) at Yashwantrao Chavan Natyagruha in Pune.

The campaign started with a request to the Pune readers to send their Puneri Pati based on the theme of the week with a promise to showcase the best of the Patis. The theme kept changing every week ranging from topics like traffic problem, pollution, garbage to water scarcity in Pune, etc. The campaign churned an overwhelming response with more than 3000 creative Puneri Pati’s received from valuable readers. The Lokmat team selected the best 150 Puneri Pati’s which were displayed at the exhibition last weekend.

The exhibition received an astounding response as more than 5000 assal Puneri crowd witnessed the exhibition from all over the city & enjoyed reading the hysteric ‘Pati’s’ at the exhibition. Through such campaigns, Lokmat has been taking efforts to connect with their readers for stirring up spirit & enthusiasm in the city.
