What is Yeast Allergy? 

It is a kind of fungus that is used in baking different kind of goods and prepares some alcoholic beverages like beer. Yeast allergy is an allergic reaction that is produced when the body consumes certain kinds of fermented foods that involves yeast in it. Foods that contain yeast are beer, bakery items etc. Some of the characteristics of yeast allergy are abdominal swelling and discomfort, dizziness, congestion, swelling, breathlessness, joint pain, changes in mood and pain in the entire body.

· Always eat fresh foods and fruits. Make sure that you check the label of the product before buying 

· Mix ajwain and jaggery. Take the solution ½ an hour of each meal. It will help to improve the digestion and help soothe the digestive tract 

· Drink fruit smoothies, squash and skim milk 

· Feel free to eat brown rice, oats, processed foods, fish, green veggies, barley, garlic, rye, onion, potatoes, beans 

Herbal Remedies for Yeast Allergy 


It is one of the easiest herbal remedies for yeast allergy. Apply it onto the affected area after mixing it with honey and water. 

Organic Garlic 

It has many anti-fungal properties. You must try to eat several fresh cloves of garlic on a daily basis.  Oregano herbal oil is also great for fighting the yeast infection. 

Aloe Vera 

It is a really very powerful herb that treats many infections from the body. Take gel of aloe Vera and apply it onto the affected area and then leave it for almost 30 minutes. Later on, wash it off with clean water and repeat these things twice every day. 

Cinnamon or Coconut Oil 

It is known for its great anti-fungal properties. You can apply cinnamon or coconut oil to the affected area and apply it at least 3 times a day. 


Take a cotton ball and soak it in freshly prepared yogurt. Now, take a cotton ball and dip it inside yogurt. Now, apply yogurt to the affected skin for at least 30 minutes and do this twice everyday. With proper diet, proper hygiene you can fight the problem of yeast infection. In case the symptoms are not suppressed by trying the herbal remedies for yeast allergy then you must immediately visit a doctor.
